Next year I want to go back to Valensole but maybe this time without the 12 hour drive 😂 but this was for sure the craziest thing we ever did for a trip. What was the craziest thing you ever did for a new adventure?
When a dream becomes reality ✨ . Visiting Petra When a dream becomes reality ✨ . Visiting Petra has been a dream of mine for quite a while but I never found a travel companion to come with me. Two semester breaks came and went by where I desperately looked for someone to join me for this trip but no one seemed to have time or the desire to travel Jordan. One of them was my mother who wasn’t sure if two women should travel Jordan alone. Quite a few members of my family raised their concerns about women traveling there as well. . After showing her countless pictures of Petra and Jordan, she finally gave in and I got to book a trip for us! We had an awesome week with countless breathtaking views and numerous adventures. From the Amman Citadel to the desert called Wadi Rum we had the best week one could have. . So the quintessence of this is to not stop dreaming ✨
Missing Finca life ✨ have you ever stayed on a F Missing Finca life ✨ have you ever stayed on a Finca? For me it is the ultimate way to enjoy Mallorca and to make the most of my vacation. . If you didn’t know it yet, a finca is (most of the time) a former farmhouse that has plantations around it. At our place they had pomegranates and lemons around the house!🍋 . Nowadays visitors can rent fincas for vacations to have the time of their lives. What I love the most is the calmness and freedom that comes with it. Jumping in the pool at 6:00 AM? No problemo! 🏊🏻‍♀️ There is no one around you that could complain! And as the next street is usually quite far away, you won’t be bothered by anyone! All you hear are the soft bells of the next sheep herd, their little määäh‘s, cicadas and a donkey every now and then. . I always get inspired by this calmness and if I could I would spend so much more time on Fincas like these! ✨

In love with Finca life 🌵 . Traveling during Co In love with Finca life 🌵 . Traveling during Covid times felt more normal than I expected. Wearing a mask on the plane was uncomfortable but ok. Lately promoting travel felt like promoting spreading the corona virus but I personally think that if you behave respectfully, traveling is still possible even in times like these. To approach safe travels we made sure: - to avoid big hotels. We stayed in a Finca, which is #mallorquin farmhouse, located in the middle of nowhere. We were 5 persons and no one else around, so the chances of spreading any virus was very small. - wear the mask as it is mandatory. In #Mallorca wearing a mask is mandatory as soon as you enter public space. Of course it would get quite hot underneath the mask, but it helps to wear one made from cotton in light colours. - stay away from crowds. We had a great time cooking at home and spending time with each other. In no case we would have gone partying. I have never set foot in s‘arenal and that is supposed to stay this way until the day I die. . By following the rules and by slow travel we were all able to return home and being all tested negative for covid. 🌞 . What do you think about traveling during this pandemic? First Drone Flying Attempts ✨ . As you may know First Drone Flying Attempts ✨ . As you may know I just bought a drone. It doesn’t have a name yet but I would love to change that. This shot was taken with him / her but currently I am still too anxious to let it fly higher or a little bit more away from me. What if it might fall down or crash into something? I am sure this will improve over time but for know he / she is still my little baby who must always stay close to his mama. . Now let’s finally determine if it my drone is a boy / girl and especially how I should name it? 🤔✨
