Traveling to France is one of my favorite things! The land of the Eifel Tower, Croissant, and drinking wine before noon is not only my neighboring country but is also home to some of the most impressive sights in the entire world. From the buzzing and vibrant streets of Paris which is also the most beautiful city in the world to the lavender fields in Provence and the beauties of the Côte d’Azur, France never fails to charm me.
Oh France, the country of wine, style, fashion, croissant, baugette and the endless lavender fields. There is so much to explore and to do in France, that even though I visited it serval times, I am not even close to being done with it. There are also unlimited things to try and taste here from the sweet delicacy that is the crepe to the wonderful hearty Boeuf bourgiognon and everything else in between. So no matter if you are just spending a weekend in Paris, looking for the best cafés or restaurants in Paris or if you are soaking up the sun in the South of France, you are promised to have an amazing time!
The city of love is one of the most romantic places in the entire world. The architecture of Paris is the dreamiest one can imagine. It takes maybe a thousand visits to actually take everything in.
Life never tasted sweeter than the Aperol Spritz on the beach bars of Nizza. Walking these fabulous streets is like walking through a movie set. It will make you feel chic and fancy like never before!
There is almost no area with a dreamier landscape than the Provence. With its soft hills and argiculture, it is one of those places that gives you the chance to escape the busy city pace, that we all got so used to.
Although there are many countries in Europe that have access to the Alps, the French Alps hit different. Villages like Chamonix just have a very different atmosphere. My ultimate goal is to come here for a ski season!
Where to begin? Apart from the obvious choices (you haven’t lived until you had authentic Parisian croissants and baguettes), French cuisine is filled with incredible dishes from savory to sweet. Some of them are also a little strange to foreign tongues but worth a try!
